A few weeks ago, I was interviewed for Horizon Magazine about the research I do as part of my Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship. You can read about how the cerebellum predicts your own body movements, and thereby prevents you from being able to tickle yourself. It also tells about my current research aiming to get a better understanding of the role of the cerebellum in predicting movements, as well as my first attempt to tickle rats myself, under great supervision from the experts of the Brecht lab in Berlin.
